Super Bowl Party Desserts

Hand held sweets are the best option for a super  bowl party. You won’t have to labor over slicing a cake and worry about missing a single play or commercial. These bars will be sure to please a crowd of rowdy football fans.

S'mores Desserts

Since there is a looming snow storm today in NYC, I thought it would be appropriate to talk about comforting desserts. I may have mentioned this before when I covered hot chocolate desserts but when I think of warmth, I think of sitting in front of a roaring fire. These S’mores desserts will go perfectly with hot chocolate in front of a fire!

Pie Bars

Since Thanksgiving is upon us, I’ve been thinking about other variations of the classic pie… specifically, pie bars. These little bars are easier to make than the real deal and are much easier to serve and eat. I'm all for less messy food when I'm eating so I think I will give these bars a try. Since I haven't made pie bars before, I looked online for some inspiration. Below are photos of different flavored pie bars that I thought looked delish!
Now to choose a flavor.... I'm thinking blackberry.
